We strive for everyone to be Satisfied with their order at Sweetheart, However there are exceptions.
It is possible for you to return that which you have purchased within 7 days. Depending on your purchase amount and the price of the new item you will have to pay extra or receive store credit. Did you choose the same item? Then of course, no extra payment will be necessary
Rules when Returning items at Sweetheart:
• You can return your purchase within 7 days with the receipt.
• No Receipt? Then you can show your Transfer receipt from the bank
• We can only accept items that have not been opened and are in their original packaging.
• We do not give money back.
• Giftcards and store credits cannot be exchanged.
Our delivery Policy
How We Do It
We deliver in Willemstad. After the order is placed, it will take 1-2 days for you to receive your delivery. When the order is ready for delivery we will send you an e-mail.
We will take all social distancing matters into consideration, for your safety and ours.
